Veteran Actor Femi Robinson (Village Headmaster) Dies

Veteran Nigerian actor Femi Robinson is dead.

He died at the age of 75.

He was known for his role as the headmaster in the series, Village Headmaster on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).

A brief statement released on his facebook page and signed by his sons, Seun and Wole Robinson said he died this morning.

“This is to notify you that we lost our father, Femi Robinson this morning – Seun & Wole Robinson (sons).

Femi Robinson was one man who was very passionate about arts and culture. Despite his studying Botany at the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in the 60s, his incursion into acting started with the role of Odewale in Ola Rotimi’s The gods are not to blame.
